As a seasoned speaker, trainer and marketing professional, Michael spent many years helping businesses develop their brand, and advertising initiatives. However, after seeing significant broken links between brand promises and service deliveries, Michael began to move his focus into the customer service space.

- Although non-profits often don't call the people they serve "customers," the same approach applies as we must serve those in our care with excellence. This is what the training is all about.
